From the planing process few months before, to the end of it, it was a 5-star excellent service. Ahmed who helped us with all the big and small questions about the trip was amazing. This helped us a lot on what we need, how it works etc. He was very helpful, he listed to us, he answered all our question and genuinely very nice guy. We definitely recommend doing it!

I should have cancelled the tour

After the booking was done. I spent one day between viator and the tour organizer to change the place of pick up. The tour operator did not want or could not do the necessary steps. During the tour absolutely no explanation have been provided to snorkeling beginners. After the dolphin watching we have been snorkeling and the boat captain gave food to the fishes so that they could come close.

Hi Lorenzo_c, Customer feedback is very important to The Sultan Tours. We take all customer concerns seriously. We would like to confirm that we are not responsible for any amendments on bookings via Viator or any OTA's as we don't have access to do that, we can only see and view but can't change any details so for any amendments you will need to contact Viator or you can just do it from there backends. We can only make ammendments on bookings from our website (direct bookings). Also we do have an instructor on board, you can always request him incase you need any assistance or help. We did questioned the instructor who went with you on the trip after just saw this review and he replied that you did wish to train your partner by yourself on how to use the snorkel and they waited for you to do that till she was ready. Excellent experience. Traveled with my mom who has some difficulty swimming. Ahmed and his staff were happy to help her snorkel and ensured we both enjoyed the beautiful underwater sea-life!

too expensive for what it is

The fact that we saw dolphins and swim with them that was great, but a tour is not just made of that; Since the beggining the communication with the crew were hard in the way that they only instruct you but don't explained what gonna happen. i was feeling that just because we saw the reef and dolphins that was enough for them but when you have a tourist activitie you have to garantee that all runs well, like we didn't have all the fruit or drinks that were in the description. Also could be nice that the crew explained better what is the plan for the tour.

Very bad experience reservation online

Je met une étoile car on ne peut pa en mettre 0. Attention cette activité est génial quand on réserve sur place pour 20€ ou20$ par personne. Mais ne réservez pas en ligne c’est trop cher et nous sommes tomber sur un mec horrible qui était énerver et n’avait pas envi de nous enmener dans les beau endroit ni même chercher les dauphins. Nous avons payer 200€ pour faire un aller retour dans son BeatsAudio super lent faire 5 min de snorkelling manger un ananas terminer. J’ai essayer de me faire rembourser mais personne ne me répond. Bref réserver sur place sur les place avec des mec sympas pour quelques dollar seulement. Dommage que je ne puisse pas publier de photos je vous aurait afficher la tête du mec qui s’est moquer de nous.

Incroyable je suis tellement heureuse de cette Demi journée, le guide était parfaitement à l'heure , il m'a fais visiter la Ville pendant la route vers le port il m'a fait découvrir des musiques d'ici et d'autres pays d'Afrique, on a beaucoup discuté ça a été très agréable je me sentais a l'aise et heureuse le paysage était MAGNIFIQUE il n'y a pas de mots assez fort pour le décrire merci pour cette visite privée vous êtes incroyable

Super activité. Le guide Msomali était très sympa et attentionné. Il a vraiment pris le temps pour que nous puissions bien voir tout et à notre rythme. Je ne regrette vraiment pas d'avoir pris cette activité qui nous laissera de superbes souvenirs.
