An excellent treat - highly recommend - well organized & appointed. That’s all I have to say & I’m on vacation my preference is to spend time vacationing rather than completing surveys

Good trip and nice being up close to the Canyon. Fun to have drinks as you roll through the Canyon. Train guide very knowledge on the history of the area with interesting facts.

Excellent train ride, easy to locate, staff very welcoming, clean facilities, beautiful views, long enough to satisfy my yearning for a train ride, nice bar and snack provided. Unforgettable experience for me and within my budget.
A 4 hour vacation.

Great scenery, outstanding customer service and story telling. We will go again but next time hopefully get more fall color. Also going to check out the Christmas train ride for my grandchildren.
Amazing and breathtaking views!

Rock formations that looked like animals, characters and people that guide pointed out. Nice informative staff. Clean car. Weather was perfect the day we went
Fun family train trip!
, Oct 2021
We booked the train trip because my 5 year old great nephew loves trains. It was his first real train ride! He said the best part was going through the tunnel and riding on the outside open air train car. It was a lovely trip. The train employees on our car, the cottonwood, were awesome! 10-4-21 Krista Silbiger

Thanks so much for joining us for a family adventure on the rails and for this great review. Your nephew is right--the tunnel is pretty cool and the open-air cars are a favorite feature for many!
This is a reasonably good tour

This is a reasonably good tour. The hostess in our rail car (Flagstaff) was very congenial and entertaining. But, while the red rock scenery is beautiful, after 3.5 hours of it, it becomes somewhat monotonous. Also, while waiting to board, its hard to find a shady place to sit down and relax.
