Very poor your company!
Shelley_K

This company upcharges EVERYTHING and they get mad if you don't buy more, to the point that they dump you at one location with no instructions or help of any kind and tell you to be back at that location by a certain time or they're leaving with out you! The pickup time at the end of the day only pertains to the folks who refused the upcharge as the bus was actually 40 minutes late! Do NOT use this company if you can avoid it!

Grand Canyon Destination tour company is the best. I highly recommend them. The bus had air condition and plenty of leg room. Our tour guide "Gia" was awesome. She was full of information about the tour, she was full of laughter 😃 and a great photographer. The bus driver Nelson is a good driver. He took care of the bus and he kept its passengers hydrated.

Canyon was nice but mask wearing is terrible

Gia was very nice and did a good job no fault of anyone there was an accident and a very windy and cold day. A few suggestions have masks available mine broke and was told to go back and get another one. Stop telling us to keep masks on it’s annoying. You had plenty of room on bus separate people so the masks are not an issue. Anyway canyon was beautiful but I will not take yours until this mask crap is over.

A bucket list must do!
Valerie_D

This was a very awesome day trip with spectacular, and breath taking views of the Grand Canyon. Our tour guide Gia, driver Pedro with Grand Canyon Destinations made our trip all the more great. Gia gave information about important points of interest through out the bus tour as well as a walking tour. Gia also helped with photography to help us capture some of the best pictures. The view from the glass bottom skywalk was spectacular but a bit scary for me. I definitely recommend and will be doing the south rim next time!
